As you go through the menopause transition – the peri-menopause & post menopause, you’ll notice your body changing as a result of fluctuating hormone levels

I offer one-off 1:1 sessions for menopause fitness advice and assessments.

If you want some support or some guidance regarding anything about your menopausal experience then book a 1:1 consultation. It is about looking at the whole picture – you self care, your exercise, your stress and your symptoms.

Strength Training During Perimenopause and Menopause

During perimenopause and menopause, declining oestrogen levels contribute to muscle loss, reduced bone density and increased injury risk. Evidence-based resistance training is one of the most effective ways to maintain metabolic health, support bone strength and preserve functional independence as women age.

I provide structured strength programmes specifically designed for women during perimenopause and menopause, helping rebuild muscle, protect bone density and restore confidence with movement.
