This is the stage when you think you are no longer ‘postnatal’ but you may feel you have never really ‘got my body back to full strength’ since having children.

Taking care of your pelvic floor and core strength

I offer one-off 1:1 sessions for women who have issues with their pelvic floor or core strength.

If you are worried about exercising with pelvic floor issues then get in touch.  I can work with you to ensure you avoid putting more pressure on your pelvic floor and enable you to get back to doing weights or back to cardio.  You may need a few sessions or may need to look at the hypopressives course, but either way do get in touch and we can see what is the right way forward for YOU.

“I whole heartedly trust all Vicki’s ante and postnatal advice and believe she really knows what it takes to stay strong and healthy through pregnancy, help your body carry that bump and help regain strength and fitness afterwards.”
