Postnatal Classes - Babies can come to ALL of my post natal classes.

Core & Restore A specialist course for early post natal mums to restore their core. It is a 6 week course, using bands & balls to help reconnect with the deep abs & glutes.  An ideal course for those with distastes or pelvic floor issues.  It is an hour long, 6 weeks and you get your own Pilates ball & a band for £92. Tuesday afternoons & Thursday mornings at BS7 Gym.

Mums Bums & Tums: A Beginner MBT course follows on from the Core & Restore course & progress to the more Advanced MBT courses. Whole body exercises to get strength back post baby.  Monday mornings at BS7 Gym.

Beyond Babies Fitness class: Tuesday or Thursday evenings 7.30pm. Outdoor class at Horfield Common.  Also Ladies Running Club on a Thursday evening before the fitness class.
