About Vicki Hill

Vicki’s love of sport and fitness throughout her life lead her to re-train as a personal trainer in 2006 and very soon her attention turned to supporting friends who had babies and wanted to get their ‘bodies back’! She then started her pre and post natal training with the specialist guru Jenny Burrell and continues to update her skills and knowledge every year.  

Vicki’s knowledge has expanded over the years to a more holistic approach working on the deep core & pelvic floor, ladies who have had Diastasis (split abs), a weak pelvic floor or Pelvic Girdle pain (SPD).

Vicki gives talks every 6 weeks to new mums at Hampton House set up by the Health Visitors and she holds a number of Core & Restore, Mums Bums & Tums and Buggyfit classes. Vicki loves her work and is so passionate about advising pregnant ladies and new mums on how to exercise in a safe and effective way.
