Vicki has been through sweat and guts participating in sport over the years but she knows it helps if you have someone there working with you and pushing you. It is hard to train on your own, it is hard to lose weight on your own. SO CALL VICKI FOR A CHAT AND GUIDANCE

Vicki will assess each client and will soon know what can or cant be achieved depending on how post natal you are and if you have any injuries.

Vicki always tend to start off on the side of caution, avoiding unnecessary injuries and am realistic about how long it takes to achieve your goals.
